service Friday the 13th, 2018 my RX350 broke down 20 miles north of Las Cruces NM. I had it towed to this dealership at 9pm and did not expect to see anyone a Friday the 13th, 2018 my RX350 broke down 20 miles north of Las Cruces NM. I had it towed to this dealership at 9pm and did not expect to see anyone as I was sure they would be closed. The sales manager and 2 other salesmen where still at the dealership and even though they were closed they opened the gate at let us in. The sales manage, salesmen, the young lady who answered the phone the next day and the service department staff were Professional, very accommodating and the most friendly group of employees I've ever dealt with at any dealership in my life.
