Supportive, helpful, and honest. Samurai was a great help for our online shopping experience. We had given him our wants and he sent us several different options which to choose from. Samurai however was not available when we went to the dealership since it was his day off. This is when we met Heath who was very helpful and was willing to do anything for us. We pretty much spent the day with Heath going over all the different options. Not only the vehicle options but the financial options as well. He showed us nothing but kindness while we were there and even though we were there almost all day because there were so many options he stuck with us and never grew tired of us.
