"financial" keeps you waiting 3 hours when empty came to buy a New car. Was told there were 2 available. After 90 min of talking about the cars and going through the computer details, we waited came to buy a New car. Was told there were 2 available. After 90 min of talking about the cars and going through the computer details, we waited 45 min. After the wait time we were informed that the 2 cars were being " contracted but not sold" with other 2 customers, and therefore they were no longer for sale. will left disappointed 2nd time, came to by a different car, it was available, salesperson was polite. Once we confirmed that we wanted to buy a car, before meeting with the " financial person," we were made to wait almost 3 hr despite the showroom and the financial office, and the manager's office, being completely empty since we 1st arrived. When I called a few days later to inquire about a detail of the car, Joey had to ask every question to Meghan, so when I asked to speak directly to Meghan, Joey quickly said " bye, bye" and hung up on me. I would not trust them any longer. They behave as an old use card dealer. More
