They were SO helpful, from beginning to end, explaining all process, providing a loaner car, and ultimately fixing my engine problem —ALL while being friendly in the process. I had taken my car for the EXA all process, providing a loaner car, and ultimately fixing my engine problem —ALL while being friendly in the process. I had taken my car for the EXACT same problem to the east side Kia dealership and it was a horrible experience. Viva has earned a new customer, no doubt! Forever grateful.
