I was harrased and supposidly my comment was removed Ocatavio M JR treated me with zero respect and refused service to me because I am white. I would not recommend the service department at Viva Ford, I took my F-150 there to get the oil change and overall inspection, I had an appointment!, Dropped it off at my 10 am appointment, they told me Ford, I took my F-150 there to get the oil change and overall inspection, I had an appointment!, Dropped it off at my 10 am appointment, they told me to come back in an hour , I came back an hour and a half later and it was still parked in the service Lane had not been touched, sat there for another 45 minutes and they came and told me they didn't have time to do it today?? so I made another appointment for the following Monday at 11 a.m., dropped it off and went to lunch came back 2 hours later and it was not touched same thing they told me they could not do it till 4 or 5, very unprofessional service department, they act like they don't care More

Every time I go I have issues there. This last time I dropped off my vehicle and was kept for 2 days and I picked it up I was told they didn't have anyone to do the complimentary car wash. Excellent service I was pleased when I took my Ford Explorer to Viva Ford. They performed the necessary warranty work and fixed a needed repair of my windows.
