DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Viva Ford Bad Customer Service, Bad Mechanics, Bad dealership. I am an active duty Technical Sergeant in the Air Force and I took my car(currently our only household car) here while me, Mechanics, Bad dealership. I am an active duty Technical Sergeant in the Air Force and I took my car(currently our only household car) here while me, my 3 year old son, and my 8 and a half month pregnant wife were visiting on leave for the holiday . They did a transmission fluid flush and 2 weeks later the transmission that had never given me any problems over heats and dumps a massive amount of fluid. So I check the dip stick and its still showing over the max after all that fluid had dumped. I call the dealership to have them tow the car back to their dealership to fix it. First they were not wanting to be helpful finally get a manager on the phone who said we will send the tow truck right over 6 hours later no tow truck. I had to get an Uber to the dealer and leave my car on the side of the road to talk to some one face to face to finally have my car towed 8 hours later. They tell me they over filled it but they don’t know why it over heated. Then they call me and say they got it running and I can come back into town to pick it up but it has a knocking noise in the transmission. And they are not willing to rectify the situation despite it being their fault. Keep in mind my wife is on the verge of having a baby could go into labor any day now and the dealership is aware of this. I have never seen such poor customer service and treatment of a service member. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau the Fort Bliss IG (have them added to the off limits business list due to bad bad business practices with service members), Ford Motor Company complaints department, and anywhere else that I can find. Poor customer service - Edgar Martinez (Finance) and Jesse Blancas (Sales). FORD great product! Bad service by this dealer. Not customer friendly did not follow up on request for assistance. This dealership asked for their vehicle back after i had been driving it for 7 days stating that i had not approved for it. They took my down payment of 3000 even though sales was not finalized. After spend been driving it for 7 days stating that i had not approved for it. They took my down payment of 3000 even though sales was not finalized. After spending 300$ on insurance and 500$ on coils and spark plugs this company refuses to refund my 3000 dollar down payment. They stopped answering their phone calls and their general manager will not return any of my voicemails. I have now sent a demand letter requesting payment. Worse experience of my life. More
Love my new truck, but the worse customer service I have ever seen. You will get a nice vehicle but forget about anything else once you leave the lot. I was told so many different versions of an answer to a question that it was making my head spin. I would recommend that if you could purchase from somewhere else I would. I called multiple times and was informed I would get a call back; it did finally come a week later. I was informed that if my tag was not back before my temporary would expire they would get me a new one... which was a straight bold-face lie. I am having to go out now and purchase a temporary tag for 15 days at a time until I can get my actual tag. Take it for what it is worth, visit there if they are the only dealership that has the vehicle you want; otherwise visit another dealership. More

Worst service ever… problems with the salesman Rafa, who we were referred to with each and every problem which wasn’t taken care of in a timely manner. Bought a car off of the showroom floor which had dog h we were referred to with each and every problem which wasn’t taken care of in a timely manner. Bought a car off of the showroom floor which had dog hair and when we were promised a detailing, still had dog hair and something spilled in the back seat console could not be removed when we paid for our own detailing. Only received one key when we were told we would get a second one that they couldn’t find because the owner’s dad who used the car only received one key. We waited over a month and a half, received the remote key but the key inside was not cut. We also waited close to 3 months for the license plates. We were referred to Ms. Urias who was in charge of the license plates but we were never able to get in touch with her. We called at least 5 times and never received a call back. We spoke to Ceci Varela and we came into this horrible place to get the plates and she actually looked for them and looked for them and found them. They had been “misplaced”. We weren’t done yet, the bracket was missing from the front of the car and because it was special because of the camera, Ceci said she would order it, and it would be in in about 5 days. I waited for two weeks and when I called Ceci to see if they were in, she was on vacation and apparently she is the only one who could answer our question, so they referred me once again to Rafa who said he would find out and give me a call, never got the call Wait it gets better, we waited another week and decided to visit Viva Ford again. Ceci was still not in and once again we had to deal with Rafa. When I mentioned that he never called, he said that he told me he would call when it came in, but he actually said he would find out and call which I was expecting a call either way. Once again we had to visit that God forsaken place. We finally got the bracket without the hardware to mount it so we are hopefully done with Viva Ford. I did fail to mention that every time we went in, we would go up to the customer service area and tell them why we were there, let them know we didn’t want to deal with the salesman and they would always call him to take care of us, which he did not. There were several times we asked for managers but they were never around I do have to admit that we talked to the sales manager at one point and he gave us his phone number but when I called him, he transferred me once again to Rafa. I will NEVER GO TO VIVA FORD AGAIN AND I WILL POST ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE ON EVERY SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM THAT I CAN. More
