I would not recommend the service department at Viva Ford, I took my F-150 there to get the oil change and overall inspection, I had an appointment!, Dropped it off at my 10 am appointment, they told me Ford, I took my F-150 there to get the oil change and overall inspection, I had an appointment!, Dropped it off at my 10 am appointment, they told me to come back in an hour , I came back an hour and a half later and it was still parked in the service Lane had not been touched, sat there for another 45 minutes and they came and told me they didn't have time to do it today?? so I made another appointment for the following Monday at 11 a.m., dropped it off and went to lunch came back 2 hours later and it was not touched same thing they told me they could not do it till 4 or 5, very unprofessional service department, they act like they don't care More

I go to their website and check it out and I email them, I go down there, I like the truck but its a little beat up as far as dents and scratches. The salesman says, "Well thats why its priced as a preowned vehicle as is." I said fair enough and I wanted to make a deal. After offering $28,000, he said actually, the price is $33995. I said, what happened to the price on the website. He said it was a mistake and they will take it down, but he will meet me in the middle on price at $31,995. I was pretty upset and I screen shot all the text, I wish I knew how to upload them here. But I told them that this is a 'Bait and Switch Scam.' Couple days have passed and they haven't fixed the price on the internet. So I park across the street at Albertsons and send my son in. Same thing, I am sorry sir, 'the ad online is incorrect, but we will meet you halfway.' More

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE!!! ESPECIALLY ACTIVE DUTY MILITARY!!! On our paperwork these people added $2423 more to the price of the vehicle then we agreed upon and gave me $101 less for my trade in then MILITARY!!! When we asked the finance manager (Hector) about these charges, he said the $2423 was taxes and pointed to the actual number we agreed upon, Also had it write on the paperwork. Then wrote the $2423 charges underneath to make it look like it was taxes!!! But it was “dealer installed items aka a bunch of crap!!” They also wrote the price of the trade in we agreed upon and then a lower amount under. They write this out unlike any other dealership to confuse you and flat out lie when you ask questions. They did not offer me an extended warranty and they WILL NOT sell Active duty military GAP insurance. They lie and say you are protected under the Military Lending Act, which is another flat out LIE!! Call any other dealership and they will tell you. We bought my husband a car a few days before from HONDA and got it. They also blame Ford in general for not selling GAP and extended warranty, when I called Ford headquarters to file a formal complaint about the dealership they told me that this is 100% the dealership NOT a Ford problem. We have two very young children who were present with us and they took advantage and slip those extra numbers few in there. Hector the finance manager was rude and seem to not be qualified for his job, maybe just incompetent. When I got home I quickly realized the charges they added, I went back to talk to the GM Omar. He first offered to pay for my first car payment but he said he would have to get back to me the next day. My car payment is $707 and I’m out $2524 total! He did not reach out to me at all today. Very unprofessional!!! The owner of this company should really evaluate who is has running his business, starting from the top to bottom!! I have never wrote a bad review in my life and I’m a very understanding person. BUT this is so DISGRACEFUL and flat out wrong! These people are NOT honest! Please do yourself a favor and take your business else where! You will regret going here! More

Every time I go I have issues there. This last time I dropped off my vehicle and was kept for 2 days and I picked it up I was told they didn't have anyone to do the complimentary car wash.
