There were multiple apparent issues that i no longer trust this dealership to speak the truth about the status of my vehicle, including the recalls they fixed. A good mechanic can be found anywhere else. More

This means a lot of families including my own doesn’t have a huge support system here, but still have to make it to work every day. I asked Viva Dodge in El Paso for a loaner vehicle if they were going to work on my car for a few days so I am able to make it to work. Considering I was willing to drop well over 1k on this job. I figured this wouldn’t be something too difficult to accommodate. The gentle men at the service desk did not care to even consider providing a loaner. I informed them I would have to make it to work somehow. They said without hesitation or second consideration, “This is not possible.”. You would think these big companies would have such accommodations for paying customers. Well, sad to say they do not, and they also don’t care if you take your business else where. When I let them know I would not be able to leave my vehicle there for that many days without a loaner they didn’t care. They just closed out the service and charged me for the diagnostic. Didn’t bat an eye, thank me for taking my vehicle to them, or care they lost a paying customer! I would absolutely never take my vehicle here again! Worst service I have ever experienced! More
