We called multiple times and they would let us know they would call tomorrow and have an answer and that would never happen. When they finally got a diagnostic, they just came back and said they couldn’t figure it out and again weeks went by with now answers. This while we are very dependent on this car and it was a hassle to find rides and borrow cars being an inconvenience to others all to hear no updates on our car. It was very frustrating. Finally we got an update after over A month, again over a month to figure out what was wrong. A port was causing the battery to drain so now we have to pay $500 for a part that wasn’t even ordered correctly and again we had to wait for the part to come in for car to be fixed. 37 days to be out of a car and to get minimum communication is extremely frustrating. I hope you all can see this. No efforts to help us out even after so long being without a car. More
