Good service, only thing I would say is when a customer is bringing vehicles back for service' she should have a the longer car ready with gas waiting for me..instead both times I had to wait 15 or more mi is bringing vehicles back for service' she should have a the longer car ready with gas waiting for me..instead both times I had to wait 15 or more minutes for her to get car filled with gas.. Both times she knew I was on my way I should not have had to sit and wait for to get loner ready' I was late for a meeting due to this... I always call ahead for this exact reason. So I don't have to wait for them to get car ready.. So my advice would be to be more prepared when they know what customers on its way to leave their car and get a lower things like this should be done at night before not waiting till the customers gets there and make them wait. More

By far one of the worse dealers I’ve been too, when getting warranty work done. They do such a horrible job and half xxxxx, even end up causing more damage to your vehicle. I just have one complaint and it not deal with customer service, which was impeccable. Anytime you have any work done at a dealership excluding an oil change..... all fluids should be top off and the car s service, which was impeccable. That is unacceptable. Things have been broken on my car by your mechanics and you choose not to fix them. I find that bazaar. Your mechanic should be accountable for their actions. I have had a starter which is rare for them to go bad replaced twice. Why? Ricardo was excellent with his customer service skills. I do appreciate that and all his help. Thank you. He went over and beyond the call of duty. More

They made us feel very welcomed, appreciated and respected our decisions with no pressure. They are absolute assets to the company and deserve to be acknowledged. This is the second brand new Ram I have purchased from VIVA. The salesman Edgar was excellent as was the other Edgar. The transaction went perfect. My only complaint is that I brought the new vehicle in to be detailed was told it would take 2 or 3 hours which actually took about 5 hours and the person who does the detail should do a better job than just washing it and putting a floor protector down to make it look like he actually did clean the inside there is still dirt on the back seat. Worst experience ever I would rate 0 stars if I could! 02/11/2020: purchased a "Certified Pre Owned" from this dealership. Seemed okay, but the sale was hasty and rushe I would rate 0 stars if I could! 02/11/2020: purchased a "Certified Pre Owned" from this dealership. Seemed okay, but the sale was hasty and rushed. 07/27/2020: We show back up at the service department after two months of trying to call in and get the car scheduled for service as there has been many issues with the car that should have be addressed when the car was certified. Such as, the windshield washer line is cut clean in half, oil and junk all in the engine cavity, the air conditioning not working properly, the tires not matching, not meeting the specification on the CPO checklist for tread depth, the car not being aligned and balanced properly, to name a few. They also refused to give a loaner vehicle or the voucher for a rental car of $35/day as stated in my CPO contract. This has caused numerous issues for our family as my husband is now 3 hours away and unable to come home because we have the only vehicle and I am working full time in the school district so I cannot drive 6 hours round trip in one day to get him and bring him home ( he is active duty military). The car has been in the service department for three weeks. We are getting hung up on a half dozen times a day when we call to ask what the status of the vehicle is. We are being told we will be called back when they never do. They will not tell us what the status of the vehicle is, what work has been done to the car, what the cost is, nothing. We have filed a claim with Dodge Corporate this morning and have an active case number. They have told us that they will be investigating as well. We will be seeking action in regards to this as this is not the first negative encounter with the service department. This is unacceptable especially since we are military family and are limited to our area to seek out dealers who are reputable. Here are the criteria right from the Chrysler CPO check list that are incorrect or were not done: 14. Wiper /washer fluid filled NOT DONE 27. Heating, ventilation, air conditioning system A/C is not cold 37. Windshield wiper system operation Line cut clean in half, doesn’t work 50. Steering wheel center alignment Pulls to the right 64. Vehicle tracking Pulls to the right 69. All fluid levels (underhood) No washer fluid in vehicle upon purchase 84. Tires match and are manufacturer's recommended size/load capacity NO 85. Wheels match and are correct size and offset NO 86. Tread depth is 4/32" remaining NO 111. Door panels by steering wheel falls off 116. Clean engine compartment oil and dirt everywhere 124. Vacuum and/or shampoo all interior carpets NO 125. Free of odors/moisture and water leaks NO smell in trunk More
