I came into receive service. Employees were standing around chit chatting. Waited about 5 minutes before the boss asked them to assist me. Not satisfied with purchase. Had the option of a truck or challenger. I purchased a 2021 Dodge Challenger on a Saturday. The down payment was over 5k to cover the trade-in deficit. When I got there I asked the sales rep to see if I could change it for the truck and stated the purchase was final.
