I have had by far the worst experience taking in my jeep to the service department. First off they said it would be a 4 day job and it’s been over 2 months and I still don’t have my vehicle. They have not o to the service department. First off they said it would be a 4 day job and it’s been over 2 months and I still don’t have my vehicle. They have not once called me to keep me updated on the situation and they don’t answer there phones. I had to physical show up multiple times to the dealership to get any sort of answers. And once I asked for the cooperate number to complain the associate Angela said she could not give me the number. Very poor service, horrendous customer service ! I will never bring my jeep to this location ever again it has been nothing but a nightmare. More

Requested they buy back and all they want to do is correct the mileage but the carfax will always show the discrepancy and the value will still be agains us. Called to have my 2019 Ram Truck in for service, I left a message because nobody ever answers the phone, they never called back. So I took my truck in for "Express Lane" service for an oil change. After ab message because nobody ever answers the phone, they never called back. So I took my truck in for "Express Lane" service for an oil change. After about 15 minutes of waiting, someone finally asked if I had been helped. After I told him I just needed an oil change, he stated it would be a 3 hr wait...so, why have an "Express" lane? I ended up leaving and getting my oil changed elsewhere. They don't have a concept of what the word "Service" is. I'll never go back for service and all future purchases will be from another Dodge dealer. Express Lane?...ppfffftttt!!! What a joke. More
