Horrible experience with Viva Dodge here in El Paso. My truck would sometimes stall and have rough running issues randomly while driving. It finally ran for the last time sometime in June of 2022.I thought the issue was my lift pump in the tank or possibly a clogged fuel filter. Got those two replaced and still the same issue continued. Finally I got it towed to my closest local dealer which was viva Dodge. I was recommended to talk to the service advisor Brian by my previous service advisor Jesus, who did a fantastic job last time I was here. Talked to him on the issues I was having and that I had noticed Dodge had recently come out with a recall on these trucks due to high pressure fuel pumps failing. After about 3 weeks I got contacted that they think my lift pump might be bad and also possibly my fuel filter, this already let me know that they haven't properly diagnosed the issue because if they had they would see that those two components were brand new from Mopar. Another week passed and now they say it's my high pressure pump that failed and that it's covered under the recall but parts are on backorder till February of 2023. I asked if I could do anything such as get the part myself to help expedite the process due to me having the ability to order from other dealers from my job. Brain says he needs to discuss the issue with the tech for some reason and that he will give me a call back. That was the last time I've heard from Brian and still to this day have not gotten a call back from him, multiple times I've left messages for him and the general manager. No one wants to update me on the issues of my truck which has now been there for 6 months. I eventually contacted Ram recall customer service where they informed me that ram has not even issued a solution for this recall for the high pressure fuel pump failures and that they were also confused on what parts Brian had on order that were on backorder. Only through KJ my Ram customer care representative did they begin to actually start looking at my truck. He would call and email multiple times until he finally talked to someone that informed him no parts were in order to repair my truck. Which means they have just had it sitting in the back of the shop hoping for it to fix itself somehow. Somewhere mid January they informed me that they looked at my truck again and that they now think my high pressure fuel pump is fine and that it is my fuel pump relay. This part is available and can get to them in around 5 days and be installed in another 3 but surprisingly wouldn't be covered by any recall or warranty. They kept my truck for 6 months without properly diagnosing it for something that could've been addressed in two weeks. Worst dealer experience in my life and will definitely be the last dodge product I will ever own if this is the service I'm supposed to be depending on for my transportation. Brian was lazy and incompetent and the only reason I did finally get my truck out of there is because he pushed his work off to his coworkers because he somehow got promoted to management. My new service advisor Angela was willing to contact me and give me updates and also help me fix issues that were covered under warranty. My truck still has a check engine light that was said to be addressed but I'll look elsewhere to have that fixed because I'm not looking to not have my truck sit for half a year again. More

They held onto it for 3 days just to tell me that they don't have the window. I've called multiple times and emailed them. Just to get different responses or no answer. It is now January 21st and my back window still isn't fixed nor have I been able to get a hold of anyone at Viva Jeep! More
Honestly I would rate it negative 5 stars if this allowed it, it's been the worst experience I've ever had with a service department. Took my car in to be serviced and maintanced about 3 months ago. Got it b it, it's been the worst experience I've ever had with a service department. Took my car in to be serviced and maintanced about 3 months ago. Got it back with the headlights cracked, took it in for repairs, going to be covered under warranty, they said it be 2 weeks due to parts being ordered. It's been 3 months and I still don't have working headlights. They haven't been able to provide a loaner vehicle either all this time because according to them out of the 4 they have to loan, none have become available in 3 months time. I'm tired of calling and showing up just to be told to call another day or wait until they call me, which they don't. The car ended up with a short circuit due to damage, that I warned them about as well, and I'm worried about my battery ending up damaged to the same thing. It's a 2022 vehicle, replacing headlights shouldn't take this long, or be this frustrating and inconvenient. More
