The dealership has been trying to fix our jeep for 9+ months now. This last time you’ve had it for 3+ months consecutively! Finally was told it was done, picked it up on Friday and returned it to you t months now. This last time you’ve had it for 3+ months consecutively! Finally was told it was done, picked it up on Friday and returned it to you today 3 days later. Now you no longer have a loaner car so once again your dealership has left us without a vehicle. We purchased a lifetime extended warranty bumper to bumper coverage. This is ridiculous! More
The dealers were very quick and helpful when it came to recall and other issues that I had with the vehicle. They also offered ride service back to my house and from my house to the dealership once my vehi recall and other issues that I had with the vehicle. I had an 8:00 appointment for just an oil change and 10 point inspection. Took 2 hours and when my car was ready all my tires read below recommended tire pressure. Had an appointment for a factory recall for a software update. My appointment was for 7:30 and I was here at 7:00, waiting. I was told at 7:30 that the service advisors were all in.a meeting and itvwould update. My appointment was for 7:30 and I was here at 7:00, waiting. I was told at 7:30 that the service advisors were all in.a meeting and itvwould be another 10-15 minutes. Finally got in at 7:45. I was initially told this update would take about an hour. When I got in I was told by the service advisor that it may take about 90 minutes+. These people don't seem to have any semblance of time or the value of other people's time. The only reason they get away with this substandard customer service B.S. is because there is not another Chrysler dealership in town. If there were, they'd got broke in a nanosecond. More
I had an issue with my Jeep battery, it has a "ship to dealership" date of 2022. It also has a 36 month replacement "guarantee". Wow, you are a Jeep dealership and are supose to assist those with "parts" that have a warranty, now I am out 300.00 for a freaking battery! Will NEVER EVER go here for ANY WORK ON MY JEEP!!!!
