If I could give negative stars I would. Worst place to go for service and the service department has horrible customer service skills. What should have been a 6-8 hour job has been a 3 month long project with absolutely no updates from the service advisor. Truck will be now going to Dick Poe Dodge or Sunland Park Dodge. It's worth the drive to not have to deal with Viva Dodge or their employees anymore More

When I brought our Avalon in for service Lee, the service advisor related to me the service updates needed with a clear explanation. Service was done on time as was told to me. This dealership service department is the WORST! ! They never call to update on service being provided, and you are left calling them. Often having to leave messages thatare not returned. My vehicle was in four times in for weeks unable to fix the issue. The fourth time, after having my vehicle for a week, I had to go in to find out what was going on with my car. I was told it needed critical parts that would not be available for four more weeks. When asked about a loaner car they said they no longer provided that service. Asking about expediting the parts, they said their " hands were tied" and they " have done all they could do". I was told if I could find another dealership that had the parts I could take my car to them, but recomended I not drive the car. They provided me a customer service hot line I could call to try and have the parts expeditied. So after almost three weeks of my vehicle sitting in their lot I learned parts were delivered. They never called to let me know. I then called them and was told they are working on it and would call me back with an eta on when the work would be done and Icould get my car back. Never got a call back so had to call them again the next day to get information on when I could get my car. The saga continues ... i would strongly recommend not doong any business with the Viva Dodge Auto group either in Las Cruces or El Paso. Had the same poor experience at the El Paso location! If I could rate them with zero stars I would. More
Took my car into Viva Dodge in Las Cruces, had the best service ever. The service manager Tony came out and greeted me, making me feel welcomed and assured me that I would be taken care of. Oil change service was adequate but my attempt to have a damaged fender and bumper repaired was a fiasco. The person who assisted me wrote up the sale for the service that day and said I need a new fender damaged fender and bumper repaired was a fiasco. The person who assisted me wrote up the sale for the service that day and said I need a new fender and bumper which he added to the bill. When the part’s came in they couldn’t find the bumper and showed me a picture of it and I told them it was the wrong bumper and to cancel it. I took the fender to get it painted and they installed it. When no credit was issued for the bumper II called again and got a run around. No one is ever in and no one ever answers the phone or takes responsibility. Now they are charging me a 30% restocking fee for the bumper! THE MAN I JUST SPOKE TO ACCUSED ME OF JUST TRYING CHEAT THEM BECAUSE I FOUND A BETTER DEAL ! More
