I had an 8:00 appointment for just an oil change and 10 point inspection. Took 2 hours and when my car was ready all my tires read below recommended tire pressure. Had an appointment for a factory recall for a software update. My appointment was for 7:30 and I was here at 7:00, waiting. I was told at 7:30 that the service advisors were all in.a meeting and itvwould update. My appointment was for 7:30 and I was here at 7:00, waiting. I was told at 7:30 that the service advisors were all in.a meeting and itvwould be another 10-15 minutes. Finally got in at 7:45. I was initially told this update would take about an hour. When I got in I was told by the service advisor that it may take about 90 minutes+. These people don't seem to have any semblance of time or the value of other people's time. The only reason they get away with this substandard customer service B.S. is because there is not another Chrysler dealership in town. If there were, they'd got broke in a nanosecond. More

I had an issue with my Jeep battery, it has a "ship to dealership" date of 2022. It also has a 36 month replacement "guarantee". Well I had to buy one because I bought the jeep in 2023 so I didn't have a dealership" date of 2022. It also has a 36 month replacement "guarantee". Well I had to buy one because I bought the jeep in 2023 so I didn't have a "reciept" of purchase other than my Jeep purchase! Wow, you are a Jeep dealership and are supose to assist those with "parts" that have a warranty, now I am out 300.00 for a freaking battery! Will NEVER EVER go here for ANY WORK ON MY JEEP!!!! I WAS LITERALLY STRANDED IN LAS CRUCES, I WORK THERE BUT LIVE IN EL PASO!!!!!! More

Purchased a RAM 2500 2 months ago, check engine light came on. Called the service department and they advised I would have to leave the vehicle for 3 to 4 days to run diagnostics. When I asked why don't came on. Called the service department and they advised I would have to leave the vehicle for 3 to 4 days to run diagnostics. When I asked why don't they make appointments they had no answer, you have to drop the vehicle and they work on it when they get to it and currently running 3 days behind, your vehicle sets. I can see how this is good for them, but at the expense of the customer. Plus they want to charge $186 to run diags on a new vehicle purchased from them 2 months ago. If you intend to purchase a vehicle be sure to inquire about service times. And they will not offer loaners while your sets waiting to be looked at, and that's just to do the diagnostics who knows how long it takes for repairs. Best advise, take the drive purchase and service somewhere besides Las Cruces especially Viva More
