Easy to make appt. and service was performed promptly. Advisor called to advise possible issues and vehicle was ready quickly. The fact they have a credit card surcharge of 3% was an issue because no other Jeep service department has ever charged this fee, and I have dealt with four or five Jeep dealers over the past couple of years. Had reservations about using the local dealership after reading reviews but decided to try them myself. They have been the exclusive dealership for my 2023 vehicle and have provided outstanding service and reading reviews but decided to try them myself. They admitted they were backed up but always had my vehicle back in a reasonable time. They are courteous and so far no issues. I have recently asked them to put me on the list for a new 2026 that was announced and wouldn’t do it if I didn’t feel good about the facility. More
