I called to see if I could get an oil change on my early lunch break. Whomever answered said that would be fine there was no wait. I was greeted immediately and sat in the waiting room. 45 mins later a s lunch break. Whomever answered said that would be fine there was no wait. I was greeted immediately and sat in the waiting room. 45 mins later a salesperson came out and asked if I wanted to replace my filter. I said yes and I asked if they were almost done and he said yes, we just need to change the filter. After 1 hour and fifteen minutes I went out to the garage to find out the problem and what the hold up was. The gentleman went over to my truck which was still being worked on to talk to him. I was told it would be a few more minutes. Peter Vargas then entered the picture. He explained that they didn't have my air filter and he was sorry. I stated that I could understand that if I had brought in a Honda to a Dodge dealer, but since I brought my Dodge truck into a Dodge dealer that was unacceptable. He explained the reording process...and I stated I still feel it is unacceptable. I explained I was unhappy since the gentleman on the phone stated it would be fast, there was no wait and instead I was still there after 1.25 hours with my truck still in the air being worked on. Peter then stated he would immediately take me to my place of employment and would bring my truck to me later. He apologized profusely and was all ears on my complaints while he was driving. He is the epitomy of customer service. I did not have a good experience, but Peter let me know that he accepted the responsibility, apologized, and did what he could to make it right. I will come back to this dealership for maintenance, but only due to Peter Vargas professionalism and courtesy. Thank you Peter. More
On October 18, 2013, My fiance and I went to visit Lithia Dodge of Las Cruces to look around at the vehicles they have on their lot. We were approached by a sales representative by the name of Adrian Armend Dodge of Las Cruces to look around at the vehicles they have on their lot. We were approached by a sales representative by the name of Adrian Armendariz. This gentleman showed us around and was very friendly and knowledgeable of all vehicles we were interested in. Adrian also introduced us to the lot manager by the name of Ray Aldarette. He too was very friendly and helpful in answering all questions we had. To make a long story short, we ended up purchasing a vehicle from there at an awesome price. We are very happy with the vehicle we purchased and with the staff there at Lithia Dodge of Las Cruces. From Sales Manager Ray Alderette, who's entire goal was to make his customers happy, continued with step by step assistance from Dave Provencio and the finance people, and to the Service Manager and his staff. My entire experience with the people at Lithia Dodge has been 5 stars. I would highly recommended this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle, be it a Dodge or another brand in their great used vehicle selection. When I'm in the market for another vehicle, Lithia Dodge and their great staff will be my first stop. I thought it amazing to read all of the positive reviews on this website, with the exception of that 'one', which is so over the top degrading to this dealership that it makes one wonder of its authenticity. I had hoped your form would have provided for a "very good" category, because my experience was very good. The only place Mr. Varela could have improved was making sure that he remembered what his customer had asked for and remembered it (even though his customer forgot about it). I asked for a car fax on the truck and I forgot about getting it - - and Raul also forgot about it. Had he remembered it, I would have given him the "great" rating. Adrian Armendariz greeted my husband, allowed him to test drive the Sonata, and basically spent what could have been a wasted two hours with us while they tried to put together a workable deal. We ended up walking away that day, but I was so impressed by Adrian's attitude that I did not mind when my husband wanted to go back after we had secured a loan that we were happy with. Adrian and the finance team at Lithia really worked hard for us. They treated us well, were professional, classy, and respectful of our time, needs, and circumstances.
