We went in on a Sat. to just look at used vehicles. Patrick did not pressure us or push for our information. He let us look around and test drive and even made suggestions on what we might like. I stopped at a few other dealers to try some other cars to narrow down my search and very quickly went back to Lithia Dodge after some very rude and uninterested sales people tried to pressure me into particular cars at the other dealerships in Las Cruces. Definitely the best car buying experience that our family has ever had. I normally hate buying cars; however, this time was very different. The actual buying experience was also great, and everyone in the dealership had an awesome positive attitude. The whole dealership actually stayed open late to make sure we were taken care of, and then continued to take excellent care of us throughout the entire process. Patrick truly bent over backwards to make sure we were well taken care of and that our time was not wasted, especially since we were out of state and had a long drive home.
