Long story short, we drove away in a new Dodge Grand Caravan that same day without any out of the pocket money. I take both of my cars to Lithia anytime I have a problem. Recently, I have been dealing with the local Ford dealership for warranty issues. The service is not good. If I could, I would take my car to Lithia in a heartbeat. Their service is extremely professional and friendly. I am treated, as a woman even, with respect and courtesy. The gentlemen who I work with know that I am a car person and treat me accordingly. It is very much appreciated as I have not been so lucky at other shops. The center may not be the quickest service on the planet but I would rather wait, have them take their time, and the job be done right. They are always quick to inform the customer of what needs to be fixed without adding on unnecessary parts or services. They leave my car in excellent condition. They try very hard to keep the seats, floors, and outside clean. They are also more than accommodating when something has been fixed and for whatever reason it just isn't quite right. I had some work done on the 2012's suspension and was back a half hour later when something didn't quite feel right. They dropped what they were doing and checked everything over again. I don't remember the exact problem they fixed but it was corrected quickly, and I was sent on my way in a matter of minutes. I happily recommend Lithia to anyone who is looking for a car or just a great service center. I trust my cars with the gentlemen at Lithia. My car's are my babies and that trust is not easily earned. Kudos for creating a wonderful Dealership and not a Stealership. More
