Don't expect a call to update you on work being done Car is back for 2nd repair, same item. Left 6 messages over 2 days, had to stop in twice to get an update. Poor service and Dishonest Recalled for catalytic converter, hadeit replaced. It's didn't have a leak when I took it there. They said it had a exhaust leak (manifold)before hand,nothing in writing stating it had. They let it go out there door A CLEAR SAFETY HAZARD They caused leak during recall. I'm not a liar as they implied. More

Thought we could meet somewhere in the middle for a reasonable deal, whoa apparently they want you to see that they are doing you a favor by you dealing with them. I know I am the fool for trying to think that 2 cars in 2 years meant something, wrong again, Wonder why car dealers have a bad reputation? Take your chances with these clowns and find out. Preach small time service but they believe something completely different. If you are educated about car buying they try to manipulate you like it is a challenge. Find another dealership, spend your $$ elsewhere Las Cruces trust me... More
