I purchased my 2021 Ram Rebel truck brand new at Viva and only have the dealership service my truck. At least 4 out of 5 oil changes and tire rotatioins there is an issue and I have to return. I have had l only have the dealership service my truck. At least 4 out of 5 oil changes and tire rotatioins there is an issue and I have to return. I have had leaking oil. Worse, they rotate the tires and do NOT calibrate the front and rear tires with the correct PSI, they leave the original incorrect air pressure in the tires based on their former position. They need to implement a service QC supervisor who checks these items. BTW, I do NOT believe they perform a 30 point inspection check touted on the invoice. If they can't even accurately complete the paid service why would I believe they perform some 30 point "free" check of the truck engine components...SURE! I have heard these same complaints from other customers. Their service team needs help! More
I had originally take my jeep In to get my heater working, it was diagnosed and was going to be repaired! After my approval I was told a about a week! In real time it was closer to a month! I went in to pickup and the heater wasn’t even working, so I got the advisor and was told about it! Well it took it back and was told that the tech had fixed the wrong part, so I was told that was going to cost me another $400 on top of the $1400 I had already paid them! I told them xxxxxxxx that I wasn’t going to pay the extra amount! Well they took it back and was told another week, well they lied again, took 2 weeks, well they finally told me it was ready, so I went Saturday to pick it up, I got 1 key even though I had dropped off 3 keys! I was told that my keys were lost, so after the gentleman that helped me was able to locate my keys, they had already given me a duplicate key! Bad thing about it was that I wasn’t even offered any thing to compensate for my lost time! Unfortunately I’m getting ready to look for a new truck and there is no way that I would use your company!
