Service included tire rotation and oil change. When I got home we checked the lug nuts and found most of them required a quarter of a turn. Then when we went to get the lug nut key to check it the key was missing. I called and told the young lady who answered the call about it. She did not transfer me to the service department but rather put me on hold a couple of times for a total of almost 20 minutes. I asked that she relay my message to the service manager and that I'd like a call back to discuss. They were able to locate my key and I went to pick it up. The next day I spoke to someone in sales on a different matter and told him about it who contacted the service manager who then called me to discuss immediately after. I spoke to Brandon who was courteous and apologetic. More
