Went for an oil change and was told it would take an hour and a half. 4 hours later I had to call and ask what the problem was and was told my battery didn't start and they had to jump it and that when the c and a half. 4 hours later I had to call and ask what the problem was and was told my battery didn't start and they had to jump it and that when the car is ready they'll have to probably jump it again. Then they tried to upsell me a new battery when I had my battery changed one year prior. I told them this and all of sudden the story started to change... I went to get my car and when I started it, it perfectly fine. The mechanics checked the battery and it was positive. So now, I feel like I'm being lied to about my vehicle just so workers can upsell items so they can get a commission?!?! I really don't like that. Been going here for years and this has happened before but this time was the last straw! More

Jazel was great in showing me the trucks. She was easy to speak with and was courteous. When I chose one I liked, it took her quite a long time to get what I wanted in price, due to her havin She was easy to speak with and was courteous. When I chose one I liked, it took her quite a long time to get what I wanted in price, due to her having to go back to her manager (which is what all dealerships salesmen do). They are never given the opportunity to approve much with their managers! The manager took my keys and was going to check my 2017 Silverado to see how much they would give me for it, but they never even mentioned my truck again. Maybe that was a good thing, as Carvana offered me $24,000. It took about 4.5 hours to get my new truck and leave! I went for my wife to help drive the new truck home as they said I could bring it back the next day to clean it. I returned the next day and it took 4 hours!! They failed to glue down a loose rubber piece to the bed cover, so I returned again for that to be taken care of. That took 15 minutes. Jazel's numbers she had shown me did not match the final figures with the finance person, so I asked him to correct them. I noticed the number used from the odometer was different from what was shown on the contract. I am sure they used the fuel amount mileage figure as the incorrect number. More
