Jon Lelhane was very accommodating for our 2nd purchase in 4 years from Jon. When you look at different automobiles with multiple options it gets really confusing when you finally decide which one is right in 4 years from Jon. Jon answered all questions and what was impressive, he always answered his phone or returned phone calls in a timely manner. Customer satisfaction, at Viti, is very evident with the Staff Jon works with from Finance, Upper Management to the Service Staff behind him.
