I had an appointment at 2:30 was there at 2:15 my vehicle was taken back three other customers who had appointments after me came in with their vehicles that were recently purchased at the location those thr was taken back three other customers who had appointments after me came in with their vehicles that were recently purchased at the location those three customers were serviced and sent on their way before my car was even serviced they told me my oil change would be no more than an hour I was there for 2hours and 15 mins before my vehicle was done which made me late to pick my daughter up from her bus stop which of course made it where I had to travel to go pick up my child from a different location simply because the service center had a couple call offs was what I was told. I only use mobile one oil for my Cherokee as I requested I heard the technician say the customer is asking for this oil we don’t have it not sure if it was for my vehicle or not and when I asked u have the correct oil for what I requested right the guy at the desk couldn’t look me in the eye but said yup yup we got it when I went to pay for the extra cost of the oil which is always 37.80 for the last year and half I been coming there I was told the price was 68$ until I questioned it and told them look back in ur system I know what I pay every time for this oil then they looked into it and made it the real price of 37.80. If someone makes an appointment it shouldn’t matter that u have someone call off and when u quote someone a time they should be out at that time or before that’s the whole point of making an appointment definitely need better management in the service department for sure cuz every time I have came for an oil change I’m waiting an hour and half or longer when an oil change takes 15-20 mins save ur inspection and trying to sell me a Nissan do what my appointment was for and let me leave at a reasonable time one shouldn’t have to call off of their job to get an oil change More
