previous staff was great new staff cares none to listen to customers worst experiences i have had with dealership have come recently since new staff. work was not done that i had paid for and when proven t to customers worst experiences i have had with dealership have come recently since new staff. work was not done that i had paid for and when proven to management there was no action taken to remedy the fact my vehicle was did not receive the parts i was charged for when i looked to see what was done the part they told me was being replaced was not but i was charged for it technician still had it in his tool box but the charged me still and my car was running better still dont know what they did to it or what they charged me for but was definately charged for parts not installed and it took three return visits to get it fixed properly. stay away from these crooks! More
