The expnse of diagnostic is high, members were pushing towards paying extra cost of fixing a minor problem or else paying the high diagnostic fees. Was not happy with the service as they could not diagnos towards paying extra cost of fixing a minor problem or else paying the high diagnostic fees. Was not happy with the service as they could not diagnose the problem initially. I had to go personally and drove the care with the technician untill the figured out there is even something wrong. Time for service was too long, 5 hours to fix tyre pressure sensor! More

I do appreciate the maintenance staff who were very helpful and understanding : as soon as I arrived to the appointment, they took my car at and started evaluating the time it needs for repair and repa helpful and understanding : as soon as I arrived to the appointment, they took my car at and started evaluating the time it needs for repair and repaired a car w driver to bring me home during the repair. It is true that it was not fully repaired as the problem was with the new suspension system that was not known to most but at least it has decreased the unbalance in rear axle when hitting a bump or.so. My experience at dislocation was very poor. It was very poor customer service skills and also no one really wanted to help in regards to explain me anything on what’s going on with my vehicle. They also wanted to charge me for a look at my vehicle without informing me that I will be charged through the process of calling to have it looked at I would not recommend coming to this location because the services was bad. Even the sales rep was not as personable as they should be with customers being present as well. More
