I had an appointment for inspection, tire rotation, and oil change when I got there he told me 2 1/2 hours. I told him just do the inspection because I have to have it done today. I had other plans. The voicemail says you have a quick service lane, just pull in. But I made an appointment to guarantee a time slot. He gave me an appointment for this coming Saturday for the oil change and tire rotation. But I have to drive back over to the dealership. More

The young lady at the service desk could not have been more accomodating. This is the 4th Altima I've leased and had serviced there and this time they had me in and out with a full oil change, filter, and more accomodating. Try to get me to pay for 2100 in repairs at inspection, then dropped to 1900. Which means you're ready to rip people off for whatever number they accept. Taking elsewhere for inspection.
