Super Service Department I had a wheel bearing that broke on my new Versa on Saturday. The part wasn't in stock but I received a courtesy vehicle to be able to get to work wh I had a wheel bearing that broke on my new Versa on Saturday. The part wasn't in stock but I received a courtesy vehicle to be able to get to work while my vehicle was being repaired that week. I was treated warmly and was explained all the things that the service department would do to repair my vehicle. I was surprised to see that the work was fully covered and there was no charge for the courtesy vehicle. It made quite a change in my impression of dealership service departments from former dealerships I used.
