I PURCHASED I 2013 NISSAN SENTRA IN 02/01/13 BY 05/10/13 HAD IT IN THE SHOP THREE TIMES FOR A VIBRATION WHILE IDLE IN THE PASSENGER SIDE SEAT. AFTER FIRST SERVICE I PICKED UP THE CAR ONLY TO FIND OUT PROBLE HAD IT IN THE SHOP THREE TIMES FOR A VIBRATION WHILE IDLE IN THE PASSENGER SIDE SEAT. AFTER FIRST SERVICE I PICKED UP THE CAR ONLY TO FIND OUT PROBLEM WAS NOT FIXED CALLED THEM BACK AND I WAS TOLD THEY TURNED DOWN THE IDLE AND HOPED THAT IT WOULD TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM. BROUGHT BACK A SECOND TIME SERVICE CALLED AND SAID CAR WAS READY BUT WHEN I GOT THERE THEY TOLD ME THEY DID NOT KNOW WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS BECAUSE MY CAR WAS TOO NEW!!! I BROUGHT THE CAR BACK AGAIN AND LEFT OVER THE WEEKEND ONLY TO GET THE SAME ANSWER AS WE DO NOT KNOW HOW TO FIX THE PROBLEM,BUT TOLD ME I SHOULD CALL NISSAN AND FILE A COMPLAINT AND IF THEY GET ENOUGH COMPLAINT MAYBE THEY WILL LOOK INTO THIS PROBLEM AND I CAN BRING MY CAR BACK AGAIN AND THEY CAN POSSIABLY FIX IT AT THAT TIME. SO NOW I WENT TO DAN SOSA THEIR SALES MANAGER TO SEE IF THEY WOULD TAKE THE CAR BACK AND I WOULD TAKE ANOTHER CAR BUT HE TOLD ME THAT HE WOULD TAKE THE CAR BACK BUT I WOULD HAVE TO ROLL OVER 5,000 TO THE NEW CAR B/S HE SAID THAT THE PROBLEM WAS WITH NISSAN BECAUSE THEY DON'T MAKE THE CARS THEY ONLY SELL. This was the worst experience I have ever had. They lie and try to scam you out of your money. I stated my monthly payment amount and that it was for 5 years. He said he could do it and even took our down and try to scam you out of your money. I stated my monthly payment amount and that it was for 5 years. We had everything transferred and was signing the papers and they wrote up the deal for 84 months instead. Then they said the sales team " doesn't do terms" just payments. Then Juan tried to lie and say I didn't say that. My wife was there to verify it and I stated it over 10 different times. I would never in my life go back there. Worst Dealership ever!!! DO NOT BUY HERE!!! I called to inquire about a vehicle then went to the dealership only to be told my contact person was "too busy for me right then" I then waited for 35 minutes o inquire about a vehicle then went to the dealership only to be told my contact person was "too busy for me right then" I then waited for 35 minutes only to get handed off to a sales person who needed to "hurry up because he was leaving soon" I then went through an agonizing 90 minute minute process of waiting, answering personal questions and not getting any info or actually seeing, sitting in or driving a vehicle. I was then handed off to another sales person because "I took too long" and the salesperson had to go! I wanted to walk out but was then pounced on by sales management, who begged for a chance to do better...I really wanted the car so I finally agreed on a rough deal and gave a deposit, a deposit that 2 months later I have still not received!!! After agreeing on a deal I then heard nothing for days...no communication, no follow-up. I finally contacted the dealership cancelled the deal and bought a car someplace else. Since purchasing from another dealer I have called, emailed, talked to multiple managers and basically told its my fault they were not helpful or expedient. And I still have no idea where my $$ is!!! This dealer is unprofessional, rude and totally ghetto. More
After buying 3 cars from this dealership, Ideal has shown me the true meaning of customer service. My experience at Ideal was very pleasant. We originally went in to buy a new car and the experience was so positive that we purchased two vehicles. I was called buy Fred Johnson regarding a visit I make to the dealership a week ago. At that time I showed them a letter I received from Nissan regarding the opportunity to turn in my Nissan lease and receiv the dealership a week ago. At that time I showed them a letter I received from Nissan regarding the opportunity to turn in my Nissan lease and receive the first payment free on a new Nissan lease. At the time Fred stated that there were not deals that I could get to keep my payment under $300/mo. He called me on Jan 16 and said that they could do a deal to keep me at $300 with a down payment between $150-1800. He said if I came in the next day he would get the deal for me. My wife and I went in to the dealership and he went through the numbers and I gave him a down payment of $1500. He showed me the car which was on the floor and we consummated the deal. He gave me a set of keys for the vehicle and they were taking the car of the floor to get it ready for a 5pm delivery the same day. Yesterday 1/17. I was there approximately 1 hour while he talked to him manager and we planned on picking up the car @ 5. I receive a call about 1/2 hour later and he tells me they can't do the deal because I still owed 9 months on the lease, which I'm sure they knew because of the previous two visits I made to the dealership and they showed me on the computer where I put $1900 down on my last Nissan purchase from Ideal in 2010. I told them I will never buy another auto from them and I would not recommend them to any person I meet that wants to buy a Nissan. I'm extremely dissappointed in my experience and have never heard of this happening to anyone else. Remember they gave me the keys to the vehicle and I was to pick it up in 2 hours. I call this total incompetence. When I was called to and told the deal was off it was the salesperson that called me you would at the very least that his manager would have called because he is the one that approved the deal to began with. I had to ask to speak to him and I felt he was throwing his sales guy under the bus. I told him as far as I was concerned it was his fault not the salesperson. I would like this forwarded to the owner of the dealership for his review. I did lease my current Nissan from Ideal and they treated me well, but I will not do business with them again.
