When I came to the showroom in person to see and test drive my new Altima, there were no "surprise" fees or charges, the contract was as promised, and little pressure from the finance people to buy add-ons. It was such a good experience, that when Nissan offered me another super-deal on a new lease last week, enabling me to turn in my 36 month lease 3 months early , waiving payments and disposition fees for my loyalty, Ryan and I cut another great deal on another Altima over phone, just like last time. That's why I came back for another car. Their Service Dept is also 2nd to none. They get your car in & out, and make it easy on the customer. They have a shuttle, so I can leave my vehicle in the morning, and get a ride home. When my car is done... the shuttle driver came back and picked me up.
