I have bought over 2 cars here since being an adult. Recently I leased a car and was hit at the light no fault of my own. They stated I owned them money on top of them being over paid 15k over the price Recently I leased a car and was hit at the light no fault of my own. They stated I owned them money on top of them being over paid 15k over the price point of my Nissan Sentra . No problem. I then went back to my dealership to be treated horribly. My credit was reran 4-5 banks. So it dropped . Also the finance manger was rude to me telling me if he can’t get the rate I want no one can bc he has been doing this for 30 plus years. I went today after a follow up yesterday. Becuase corporate called me and my father checking on our visit. He said I don’t know why your here corporate doesn’t know anything. I’ll call you back. I had a 9:30 appointment and it was over at 9:32 just for him to tell me to go home. And then he goes outside at 9:35 to smoke a cigar. This was xxxx poor customer service. But my agent nic was amazing. But I will never ever be back and my family will be switching from Nissan and infinity after this terrible outcome from leasing a car. More

I brought my car in to be inspected for my registration renewal. The cost was $21.00. The service representative came to me and said my car passed inspection, but I needed new windshield wipers and the cos renewal. The cost was $21.00. The service representative came to me and said my car passed inspection, but I needed new windshield wipers and the cost would be $48. I had to have the new wipers put on before I could get my sticker for inspection. I had used my wipers that morning with no problem as it was raining when I took my car in. I felt the representative was lying so I asked him to give me the wipers from my car, he gave me one long wiper and one short one, of which were never on my car. My car has 12,000 miles it's a 2021, with nothing wrong with it, this guy lied for 48.00. More

I will never bring my Sentra here for servicing again and neither will I ever l purchase a vehicle here. I had a minor fender bender and brought it in only bc the.cruise control and backing up functions did neither will I ever l purchase a vehicle here. I had a minor fender bender and brought it in only bc the.cruise control and backing up functions didn't work. $160 for a diagnostic scam (yes u read that correctly) and I was told that it would cost $2500-$5000 to fix it. I knew that was bs so I took it to my gf's mechanics. They ran a reprogram and everything worked perfectly. $50. How do they sleep at night? More
