The service dept is fantastic, highly recommend. Had an appt for an oil change. When tech got my car, told me it’d be an hour. I said for an oil change I had an appt for. Also when I called to make that appt, no one answered When tech got my car, told me it’d be an hour. I said for an oil change I had an appt for. Also when I called to make that appt, no one answered as usual. It told me to leave name and #. I did. Never heard. 3 days later I called back! Last time same thing. Service mgr called me and said since I had so much trouble, he’d call me the next day for a fee detail. NEVER CALLED ME BACK!!!! More
