Unfortunately, a few issues came up with my last visit . first of all I received four calls from different personnel trying to set up a sales meeting while I was there getting my car inspected. Now, one call first of all I received four calls from different personnel trying to set up a sales meeting while I was there getting my car inspected. Now, one call fine. It should’ve been marked somewhere in the computer that I had been reached an appointment made by the fourth call at 8:15 in the morning. I was so annoyed I canceled my sales visit so I’m no longer interested, I brought my car in for the inspection I was told 30 to 45 minutes- two hours and 15 minutes later I went to the desk only to find that my car slip had been ready for God knows how long but the girl was so busy she had forgotten about me She did apologize she did comp me future inspections. It feels disrespectful to my time. Why couldn’t the mechanic just pop into the room next-door I was waiting and say hey you’re done and then she wouldn’t have to worry about going through her list and if she’s that busy maybe she should get some help. Honestly I will get serious consideration as to whether I will visit this dealership again either for a car or any work. More

We suffered a total loss of our 2020 Kia Telluride in a storm in New England and ended up having to purchase one out of state. When we got back to Rochester we needed some mechanical help and an inspection storm in New England and ended up having to purchase one out of state. When we got back to Rochester we needed some mechanical help and an inspection. We were received at Vision Kia with open arms and treated as if we had purchased the new car from them. I just had the oil changed and tires rotated. They also replaced the engine oil filter. No problems. I decided to replace the cabin air filter myself.
