I was told my car would not pass inspection as the brakes were 2mm and failed. I replaced them myself but when I checked the thickness they were actually over 5 mm so I spent $80 for no reason. Also they quoted a lot of money for sir and cabinet filters but I found them on line for $1.70 for cabin filter took 5 minutes to replace and $4.35 for air filter and again only took 5 minutes to change. Tried to upsell me on a number of things I did not need. More

Even though my car is under warranty, I wasn’t contacted to be told what was wrong or how they were going to fix the issue. It was taken care of quickly and I got in the next day. I just would have apprecia to be told what was wrong or how they were going to fix the issue. It was taken care of quickly and I got in the next day. I just would have appreciated more communication from the service department regarding the issue instead of just receiving a text saying my car was ready to be picked up without knowing what was done, if anything, to it.
