I thought the dealership that I bought it from in Florida was bad but you guys take the cake. Your service was so bad. I had to take it to Greece to get it fixed and they did a wonderful job. I recently failed my NYS inspection due to a faulty wiper blade, even though I was sure it was in good condition when I brought my car in. The shop quoted me almost $50 to replace a single blade, which only blade, even though I was sure it was in good condition when I brought my car in. I bought wiper blade for $20 at the parts department, which was also ridiculously expensive, but I had no other option. After purchasing and replacing it myself (in 30 seconds) in the parking lot, the car was taken back in and passed. I do appreciate Amanda and the technician getting the car back in without me having to come back as originally suggested. However things quickly went down hill again. While cashing out I was informed that my NYS inspection would no longer be complimentary because I didn't have the blade replaced at the shop. To top it off, I was also charged $5 for parts cleaner without prior discussion, which felt like another way for them to make money. At that point, I didn't have the energy to argue further. It's safe to say I won't be returning to this dealership with my car. Their business practices are disgraceful, and I'm seriously considering filing a complaint with the BBB. More
