My time at Vision kia is always pleasant. At my recent visit, my service advisor was Kelly Bailey and she was very informative regarding any recalls for my car. I initially brought it in for my engine but it turns out, that the recall I brought it in for was for a different liter model so they serviced my car for another active recall and kept me updated through out the entire process. Proper amenities were provided to all guest and this facility actually has crean restrooms. Even though there were repairs/upgrades going on to the building while we were there the contractors were intentionally and deliberately cautious not to interrupt business and kept the work areas safe and clean while patrons shopped. Not much more you could ask for other than better brand qualified rebates. Not something the actual facility has any control over. Kelly joe and chino were professional and kept me informed the entire time my vehicle was being serviced. More
