They couldn’t find the problem, it wouldn’t do it for them. The next single light it did it again. Not happy with my overall treatment. Asked to have seatbelt in backseat that seizes up looked at. Told that it should seize--not under normal driving conditions. Had to put a towel under it to support it. told all operating fine and not we could not find the problem but bring back if continues. Just to be told nothing wrong was inappropriate. Asked to put additives in my gas and oil???? What was that about? This is my first Kia and I did not get an answer about the additives that made me feel it would be necessary. My car was parked outside in a space so tight I had to have a person from showroom get it out of the spot. Even he needed to back and forth about 4 times to get the car out. I apologize if I seem cranky or upset but I have had many cars And dealerships and this is first one I am unhappy with. Considering trying another Kia dealership for my next service. More

Besides getting an oil change and putting dirty oil back in, it? Is my biggest problem. After I dropped it off for an oil change, there was a problem with the engine. I drove it down the street to another mechanic and I have pictures and video of the oil that was put in there literally 30 minutes before I drove it down. Answers I were given were incorrect about the condition of my car. Telling me I needed new tires which just passed inspection. A lot more that I'm not going to get into detail on here with. If somebody wants to contact me they can feel free.. I feel as if this dealership is very dishonest and once I made a big deal about stuff they changed all their answers which shouldn't have had to go that far! More
