Service is fine but the 1 hour 40 minute wait for a scheduled oil change seems a little crazy. I brought my car in for an oil change and three recalls. I was told that it would be ready in about an hour and 15 minutes and it was ready in that time to the minute. I also had asked for a tire rotation a I was told that it would be ready in about an hour and 15 minutes and it was ready in that time to the minute. I also had asked for a tire rotation and they told me that it was not necessary. They could have just done it and charged me for it but they didn’t. More
