Excellent salesman When I came into this dealership, I thought I was having a free inspection of the leased car I was returning. Instead I got a salesperson, Mark DeSant When I came into this dealership, I thought I was having a free inspection of the leased car I was returning. Instead I got a salesperson, Mark DeSantis. Up until this point, I was very annoyed with the way another dealership handled my visit a few weeks earlier, not to mention all of the mail I received from Hyundai dealerships enticing me to come in and look at new cars to lease. Mark knew I was upset and that I was considering just returning the leased vehicle and going to another make of car. He took the time to explain how Hyundai works and because of his professional and courteous manner, I calmed down. He was not pushy at all and knew off the top of his head what monthly lease payments would be for the model cars I was looking at. He was very personable and for the first time, I felt the process of buying/leasing a car was pleasant. More
Buying a hyundai I did my homework. Without having driven any SUV; I made myself aware of all the qualities, features, models, cost, dealer locations and vehicle warra I did my homework. There were several in the running...all of them pretty nice and I had been driving Toyotas for the last eleven years. Hyundai won but it was close. So I drove to the nearest dealership and bought one. More
