Honest and fair. So nice when you don’t have to be anxious about the deal you are making. received the worse service at the service dept. Car had a recall and had an appointment at 2:15 that stated it would take one hour. At 5:30 received a call the car was done. Went to pick up my car and know I have no brakes - brake line is licking. At this time the mechanics are gone and the service manager put the car on the lift and saw the dipping braking fluid. .Left car there cant drive with no brakes. Never received a call in the morning so my husband called them and the service manager stated $1600.00 to replace the brake line You are crazy when your mechanic did something to the brake line. They did not care and said then have your car towed off our lot. I will never go back there again and I hope you read this. I could keep typing on more issues we had that day but I hope you get the point. The worse service I have ever received - Very pist off customer for a recall spray under the car (brake line linking ???) I wish I could give you ZERO Star More
I wish, I can give 0 star. I am an out of state buyer and bought my car on 01/29/2022. They gave me NY temp tags for one month and said they are using BEACON to get my registra I am an out of state buyer and bought my car on 01/29/2022. They gave me NY temp tags for one month and said they are using BEACON to get my registration done. Dealership charged me extra money (around $200) for BEACON services even though I could have done it myself at my DMV. But one month later on 03/01/2022, NY temp tags expired and I did not get my registration or license plates. When I called Beacon, they said there is a delay from dealership in sending the documents so plates will not arrive in time. Now I am not able to drive my new car. I called dealership and asked refund of my fees paid for Beacon service as I did not get the plates in time and I am not able to drive my car. I spoke with Fiore, the general manager and he is very rude. He is asking me to deal this with Beacon. How is that possible ? I paid the dealership and not Beacon directly. please DO NOT PAY any extra money for Beacon services. BEACON is not mandatory when buying a car. Its easy to get the registration done at DMV on your own. More
