Purchase of Hyundai Tucson I was not pressured but received assistance right away when I got to the dealership. Lennord, the salesperson, was very helpful and showed us new and I was not pressured but received assistance right away when I got to the dealership. Lennord, the salesperson, was very helpful and showed us new and used cars on the lot. I test drove two cars one used and the Tucson and then drove the Tuscon a second time. I was pleased at how they helped me with the trade in and made to amount spent much more reasonable for me, as I am retired. I did get extras and Lennord, showed them to me and I really thought they were important for my concerns. The sales manager was also extremely helpful in getting me a very good price for the car I got. I love the good driver seat; it has all the adjustments I need for comfort. A few days after I took the car home I was shopping in the Webster area and I could not get the trunk to shut so I went to the dealership and Lennord came out immediately and help. He also helped me get the smart trunk lift to stop opening since the only way into my garage is through the garage door and was continually opening the trunk. That was a relief and I appreciated his help so much! More
