The work performed here was great. On the other hand the GMC dealership in Penfield is anything but great. Purchased the truck in July of last year. The truck tailgate was damaged from On the other hand the GMC dealership in Penfield is anything but great. Purchased the truck in July of last year. The truck tailgate was damaged from an accident with a car at the dealership when I went to take delivery of it. Had to wait until March of this year for it to finally get replaced. Had to call constantly to see when my tailgate would be in so I could get the repair done. Had to make three appointments to finally get it in. Was at the dealership for 5 weeks before with no communication from anyone on the status of it. Visited the dealership to find out when it would be done because no one would return my calls. Saw the truck when I was at the body shop and they said it just got finished. Shouldn’t take 8 months to get a new tailgate installed. I hope this is not how you treat all customers who spend $90,000 on a new vehicle. I would invite a call from the GM to discuss it further. More
