Purchased a ‘23 Santa Fe from A. J. This is the second Hyundai we purchased in the past 3 months. We had such a positive experience with A.J. when we purchased our Tucson in August, w J. He is very knowledgeable, courteous. He “walked” us through the technology in both cars; made himself available whenever we had a question about either vehicle both at the pickup of the cars and after we got home, which we certainly did! It was a pleasure working with this dealership start to finish. I'd left another Hyundai dealership in Henrietta as it was abundantly clear that I was NOT a priority. Nancy Cedeno was genuinely friendly , finish. I'd left another Hyundai dealership in Henrietta as it was abundantly clear that I was NOT a priority. Nancy Cedeno was genuinely friendly , helpful and transparent from start to finish. When I couldn't pick up my car for 2 days she arranged for a loaner. Unfortunately, she was home pretty sick on that day but she let me know the situation and let me know that Nick would take care of the delivery. Nick is young but extremely professional and knowledgeable and I was super comfortable working with him. Pleasantly surprised by the lack of hard sell by the Finance Dept. You know how they try to convince you that you NEED this or that "add on". I watched a video, he asked what I wanted or didn't and that was that. It's the BEST experience I've ever had buying or leasing a new car. They were a bit of a drive for me but definitely worth it. No question. I can't recommend them enough! More

When I scheduled my test drive the dealer gave me a program car to test. The car was absolutely trashed. Couldn’t believe they let me drive it that condition. They cleaned it the best they could, b program car to test. The car was absolutely trashed. Couldn’t believe they let me drive it that condition. They cleaned it the best they could, but the taste in the mouth was already there. The manager seemed very ho hum about the situation saying he went out of his way to spend some money cleaning it that he only does after someone buys it. And felt if I didn’t buy it, someone else will. When I asked to have my cargo rack installed upon pickup, the salesman had no idea how to install it so left it in the trunk. Told me to come back and he will try and have a service man install. When I took it home I just did it myself. You ask why I went through with the purchase. Price point for the type of car was worth it. Other than that, I don’t think I’ll go back. More
