Car was promptly diagnosed and serviced so that area would get a 5. The service receptionist wasn't very pleasant and we got the impression we were bothering her by asking for our paperwork. She seemed would get a 5. The service receptionist wasn't very pleasant and we got the impression we were bothering her by asking for our paperwork. She seemed even more annoyed when we asked for the keys. Made the experience go from a 5 to a 4. More
