They sold me a car with scratches on it, and my texts were ignored. Still waiting to hear from them on this. I had felt really good about about my Cash purchase and the rapport I thought I had with the were ignored. Still waiting to hear from them on this. The staff at the physical brick and mortar building are friendly and helpful. But, trying to get through to an actual live person when calling to make an appointment in their service department is severely friendly and helpful. But, trying to get through to an actual live person when calling to make an appointment in their service department is severely lacking. After making numerous phone call attempts to try to schedule an oil change appointment, I had to take advantage of their “no appointment needed” for this service, even though I was still asked by the employee if I had an appointment. What amplifies this complaint is when I got there, there was a worker, who had a headset on for receiving phone calls, in front of a computer, that looked to me, for making appointments and cashing people out, but was too busy scrolling on her phone. Making it easier to get through to a live person to make appointments when calling would go a long way. More
