This is my second time receiving Service at this location. All the staff are very friendly and all seem to like their job. My issue with Hyundai in general is that the body shop is always so bad at communication, I've had this same problem at 2 other Hyundai dealers as well so I'm assuming it's a company issue. It took me extending my work lunch and physically going into the location to even set an appointmentfor the body shop, no one ever answered the 10+ times I called over the course of a week and my voicemails were never returned. And now that my car is actually being worked on again same issue with communication. My car has been in the shop for over a month, no one called with an update or anything. When I called multiple times over the course of 2 weeks no one answered again. No one returned my voicemails again. And again I had to physically go in to the location to get an update. More

Clean, professional and friendly. I did not like getting a call from the dealership while I was in the waiting room about whether or not I’d like to sell my car.
