Mr Gutierrez worked hard to find a car w/i my comfort level esp. re gadgets/ electronics w/ my arthritis. Mr Camlierri also worked hard on the rest of the deal & challenges like lost keys. I would give a zero if allowed. I requested a NYS Inspection, oil change (includes tire rotation),and was told I needed new tires, brake service and an alignment. I refused the new tires and brakes, and allowed the alignment. I was given my keys, paid and got in the car, I noticed the inspection sticker had not been replaced and went back in. Once the sticker was replaced I was given back the car and noticed the tires weren't rotated, I went back in again and asked about the tire rotation, the person shrugged his shoulders and said I think so. I know they didn't do it because my one tire has a mark on it, it was in the same location and definitely was not rotated! I wonder now, did he actually change the oil and did he actually do the alignment (I was never provided the wheel alignment report) or really do anything I paid for? After being there for 1 1/2 hours and dealing with this incompetent service, I just wanted to leave. I called my sales representative Robbie and left a message stating that I had an urgent matter to discuss, I never received a response. I will be having a mechanic friend review everything I was told for a 2nd opinion, this was an overall disappointing experience and has made me consider a different dealership for my next vehicle. More

Been 12 years since purchasing a new vehicle. We couldn’t be happier with the experience. Helped us register my phone etc. the financial details were handled very well. The final details were explained, and we believe are very fair. Thanks to all at Vision Webster. I do have one concern, not with Hyundai or Vision, but with Equifax. Their search returned a determination of a a less than excellent credit rating, for me and my wife. In short, we have always made all of our payments in full and on time. Mortgage has been payed for decades and no car payment since 2018. We simply don’t have a need for credit on a daily basis and own no credit cards. Apparently Elida’s doesn’t consider 55 years of pay as you go a good risk. Sounds like a bad system. I’m sure it benefits this “For Profit “ company, ( Equifax) some how, but we find it disgusting. Anyway, thanks again to Anthony and all. More
