I called (they have never answered the phone, when I've called) to make an appointment. They called me the next day. Made appointment and ordered 4 new tires. Appointment was 2 weeks later. They never ordered the tires. When I told them I would take my car somewhere else to get tires they found them. Very disorganized department. More

I had a lot of work done and spent a lot of $. I asked to have my windshield washed. Told it would be done. It wasn't. I would have liked the sticker for showing me when my next oil change is due. Called and spoke to Jeff 1day, made an appointment to see him the following day. Upon arrival, Jeff had already had the keys in hand for the vehicle we had discussed the previous day. Jeff greeted us, introd him the following day. Upon arrival, Jeff had already had the keys in hand for the vehicle we had discussed the previous day. Jeff greeted us, introduced us to the manager, and showed us to his desk while he went to get the car. We took the car for a test drive, and returned to chat with Jeff, we acturally realized we wanted more options so Jeff went and got a different car. This was the car we wanted and we were able to settle on a price. I would recommend this dealership and Jeff to anyone I knew of that was buying a vehicle. More
