Not honoring customer commitments for free oil changes for life, Hyundai Headquarters $600 plus Certificate, manager promise to a full gas tank due to rewriting a service review. Level of service was for life, Hyundai Headquarters $600 plus Certificate, manager promise to a full gas tank due to rewriting a service review. Level of service was good. However being a customer who have bought several cars from Hyundai for many years and with a promise of oil changes for life for my last vehicle, during the last visit I was charged for this service because of a new owner who does not care about previous commitment made to customers. Also I was rewarded 0ver $600.00 by Hyundai Headquarters for the purchase of a new vehicle and when I visited the dealer with the certificate there were no cars available and I lost my incentive. The incentive was for the advertisement or MPG on my previous Hyundai 2013 Elantra and no one in Hyundai Canandaigua helped with the Hyundai Headquarters Certificate. Also last manager promised me a full tank of gas for a survey submitted and nothing when I ask during my previous visit to Hyundai Canandaigua. An enterprise that does not keep their promise to their customers could not be trusted anymore. More
