Brought my Sonata in for my FREE oil change and was greeted by an employee informing me that the dealership was ‘bought out,’ so they would NOT be honoring this promise.(made when I purchased car.) No greeted by an employee informing me that the dealership was ‘bought out,’ so they would NOT be honoring this promise.(made when I purchased car.) No warning or letter, just…nope. Then after 40-45 mins I receive a call from a female employee telling me that the Tech is having issues opening my hood and it would be a $90-100 fee to diagnose the problem. I laughed in her ear and told the service team to not do anything. I picked up my car, all employees were silent(the attitudes did not sit well with me after have had my time wasted) and I drove home. It took me 5 mins to open my hood after watching a YouTube video!!! $100 to diagnose, then I’m sure they would charge me more to remedy…NO THANK YOU. I’m still laughing at the clear attempt to hit me with unnecessary services, when all I needed was my free oil change…the the dealer promised during sale. Pathetic dealership. Poor service. Not dealing with Hyundai again. More
I purchased my vehicle new from this dealership 4 years ago and have been getting my car serviced there ever since.
