I bought an EV Kona in December of 2023. Right away it didn't charge at certain locations. I went back to Canandaigua and they had no idea so sent me to Henrietta. They, too, had no idea. Neither location even had their chargers activated. I then start getting tire pressure warnings. We brought the car in for that, and they said there was a nail in the tire. We had a discussion about it being covered under our service plan, b so I approved the work. When I got to the dealer in Canandaigua they said it wasn't covered, and to talk to the cashier. The cashier wouldn't talk to me, but just charged me. I asked again about the service plan and she said talk to Service. I went back to service, where they looked it up and discovered that it was supposed to be covered. They called the cashier, who had already closed the bill. I was told that the needed to request a check for reimbursements, and it would take about a week. It's been multiple weeks and no check. I am also now getting calls from Vision corporate to settle my outstanding bill. We are not in a position financially where we just need to accept whatever the dealer says. We paid for every service and plan that was available and... my tire pressure sensors are still wonky, the tire doesn't hold air, and I still have trouble charging. So... why should we ever come back to Vision after this? More
